Guided by the seasons of our local Farmer’s Market, Executive Chef Christopher Lin presents a curated collection of distinctive dishes, each elevated with bold yet balanced flavors. Our wine program showcases rare selections from Italy and California, designed to perfectly complement the cuisine. Within an intimate dining room that evokes understated sophistication, guests are invited to savor evenings filled with warm hospitality and live music reminiscent of Italy’s charming streets. Behind the Chef's Coat
Chef Christopher Lin brings over 20 years of culinary expertise to JANA, a highly anticipated new restaurant introducing a global approach to Mediterranean cuisine. Inspired by California’s farmers’ markets and his travels abroad, Lin’s menu blends vibrant flavors, sustainable ingredients, and refined technique.

Guided by the philosophy of sushi master Jiro Ono, Lin believes in dedicating oneself fully to the craft and in staying humble no matter the stage. At JANA, he invites guests to experience Mediterranean traditions reimagined through a distinctly California lens.

I had the best Branzino ever at JANA. It was so flavorful and I really enjoyed sprinkling the grilled lemon for that extra burst of brightness. The cocktails were also great, I loved the Coast to Coast and the California Love. Overall it was an amazing time and the service was great, but I wouldn’t expect anything less from the DoubleTree.

We all really enjoyed the Bone-In Ribeye and the Roasted Carrots. Chef Chris did a great job. Props to the chef!

Saw all the photos on Instagram and decided to come. The restaurant is cozy tucked away in the DoubleTree Hotel in Torrance. There was live music the night I came with my husband. I asked for a Dirty Martini and our bartender made a great one. The service was outstanding and I can’t wait to come back to try more bar items. The SoCal Burger and fries were 10/10.

We used to come to Andre’s for a cute date night dinner, so when we heard JANA was replacing it, we were sad, but now we’re in LOVE with the new restaurant. Everything is made from scratch, you can tell. The Chef did a great job. The ceviche and raw fish dishes were a highlight for me. The filet was cooked perfectly and my husband’s pasta was so good.
